Agreement Registration

The paperwork needed to register an agreement is:

  1. An Application to Register Written Agreement
  2. A written agreement about the employee's bonus, commission or incentive payment entitlements, or otherwise (i.e. specifying that no such entitlements exist)
  3. Agreement regarding operative dates (optional).

Employers are also free to use their own agreements if they wish, but are cautioned to ensure that they comply with all award requirements, many of which are very detailed and very specific.
